The math rock band Oranje commissioned Lucky Shape Studio (Lauren Shipton) to paint the album artwork for In Irons, establishing the initial creative direction for the release. Building on that foundation, I adapted the visual language into a cohesive creative direction for the band’s promotional photos.

The primary goal of the shoot was to capture a strong set of promotional images for Oranje’s PR campaign with Take Aim Media. While on set, we also created a series of short-form videos to support the band’s Instagram campaign. These reels were developed collaboratively on the fly, using the lighting, sets, and concepts already in place for the stills shoot.
